RipCurl 2019 GromSearch National Champion

So stoked to surf BSR Waco Wave pool for the first time during the RCGS 2019 Nationals and come away with the Win. That means, a trip to Bells, Australia in the Spring of 2020 for the International Final. Stoked! Mahalo Matt Meyers for the event and the opportunity. Mahalo RipCurl.

Hawaii State Champ 2018

My second Hawaii State Title, this time in the Boys 14 – 15 Division, super stoked to say the least. Always really tough competition with many National Champs involved in the mix. Nationals is next.

QS 1000 at Papara, Tahiti Pro. 2nd Place

I didn’t do good in the Junior Pro, but advanced thru 6 rounds in the Mens Pro. Quarters, semis and finals, were Men on Men heats, and in the final I surfed against local Tahitian powerhouse Taumata Puhetini. I came away in second, but none the less stoked to get so close to my first QS Win.

Sweet weekend at WSL Turtle Bay

Heading to 2018 WSL World Junior Champs in Australia after taking the win at Turtle Bay Junior Pro along with my sister Summer who also qualifies for Worlds.

WSL Pipe Junior Pro

Had a blast surfing the Pipe Junior Pro. Great experience spending the day with the Billabong Team and supporting the other Team members. Thank you Rainos Hayes for all your knowledge and expertise. Congrats to Griffin Colapinto on the win!

2016 NSSA Regionals

I had my best Regionals to date. Won the 2015-2016 Conference, won the Open Juniors Final and took 3rd in the Explorer boys final. Huge mahalo to Rainos Hayes for coaching me.

Legends of the Bay 2016

Stoked to take my first win of 2016 at Honolua. Had a great final, scored some set waves, and earned a couple 9’s.

Rip Curl GromSearch – Oahu – 2nd Place

Well, I won all my heats, I really wanted first in the final. I really wanted that check! But, stoked to get second and qualify for the Nationals at Uppers. Congrats to Robert, I heard he was ripping!

So stoked for winning the 2014-2015 State title! Thank you Mom for taking me, thank you Kahea for coaching. Hard day of comp with my friends, happy to be in the finals, but even happier to take the win. It means a lot to me.
